I’m Michelle, the designer behind Chic Little Haven. I have a passion for redesigning old unloved/unwanted vintage furniture. My interest in furniture design began in 2011 and it has grown into a thriving business. I now offer my services along side my business partner, Nicola from My Tatty Love. Nicola also has over 10 years experience in furniture design aswell as upholstery. We have combined our small businesses within a old rustic barn at Scarthingwell Courtyard on the grounds of Tadcaster Golf Course, Towton, Tadcaster.

We professionally spray as well as hand paint and produce a flawless finish.

Over the last 10 years both of us have worked with a lot of paints on the market and as a result, we now work with only quality,  eco-friendly furniture paints and products. We also stock many of the brands we work with and we are happy to help customers purchase products that best suits their project.

Our services

Our services include upcycling/redesigning your furniture and refinishing kitchen cabinets. We offer a selection of creative workshops including “how to upcycle”passing on our tried and tested techniques in upcycling/restoring old furniture and aim to reduce the amount of furniture that ends up in landfills.
